Baby's umbilical cord black crust finally fell off after exactly three weeks.
Baby's mama saved the hard black stub for me so when I got home, I could throw it away.
But not before she took a picture of it, and made jokes about putting in my cereal. (It looks like a raison. Sort of...)

Also today, baby sucked his thumb, probably for the first time, but who really knows.
